Riot Games Designer Mark “Scruff” Yetter tweeted by that LoL 10.3 patch notes will come in pbe buffs and nerfs. The remarkable changes are brought in nerfs to balance the corridors of extremely powerful champions such as Diana, Sett and Ekko. Buffs appear to be strengthened to bring Yuumi back into the meta.

- Wukong dashes towards the cursor and becomes Invisible for 1 second, leaving behind a stationary clone for 3 seconds.

Nimbus Strike (E):

- Wukong dashes to an enemy, sending out clones that mimic the dash up to 2 additional enemies nearby. Each enemy struck takes 65/100/135/170/205 (+80% bAD) magic damage.
- After dashing to an enemy, Wukong gains 30/35/40/45/50% Attack Speed for 4 seconds.
Cyclone (R):
- Cooldown: 120/105/90
- Costs 100 Mana
- Wukong spins his staff around for 4 seconds, gaining 30/40/50% movement speed. While spinning, he deals (2.5/5.5/8.5% (+.1% per 10 total AD)% target max health) physical damage per second to nearby enemies and knocks them up for 1 second the first time they get hit.
- Damage to monsters capped at a maximum of 200/400/600 at 6/11/16 physical damage per second.
LoL 10.3 patch notes changes are variable and may change before coming to live servers. Besides, with the future lol 10.3 patch notes, buffs and nerfs seem to come in jungle, which seems to be able to change the complete jungle rotation.

why do you complain? 10 years now have you never noticed that there is no balance in the game and all matches have the same picks over and over again? they need to fire the team responsible for balance and creation.seriously
I don’t know why I still bother. I just have loved this game so much and enjoyed it so much but the stale unflinching meta, bias, and riot enforcing this sort of playstyle every single season and bowing to marksmen has ruined so much of it for me.
Funny, Rumble nerfs and jungle nerfs disguised as buffs.
I beg to differ with the jungle experience.
The biggest downside to jungling in season 10 has been getting lvl 5 and 6. It’s easy to get to lvl 2, 3, and 4 (if you one of the scuttles), however hitting lvl 5 and 6 can be really hard unless you leech exp from your solo laners. I definitely do dislike the change to how much gold you earn from killing lane minions. Are they trying to dissuade junglers from helping laners taking turret platings?
